Timbre inherited his mother's odd trait: An extra mouth with a mind of its own and an affectionate personality. Named Echo, it usually manifests this friendliness by devouring random passerby whole. This causes more than a few problems for the one tasked with bearing the ravenous tailmaw, but more often than not, two heads prove better than one when tackling complex challenges of dexterity and wit. Quite capable of bearing its own weight, the tail provides little hindrance in the boy's ability to move. Timbre looks up to his older brother, who attends a school to learn the arts practiced by magicians and sorcerers.
Actually crafted from scrapped concepts I made while creating his elder counterpart, I quickly grew in love with his concept so much that I finished his image first! Tailmaws can be adorable little additions.

Heh, get any funny looks? xD
I've done that a few times, had to play it off that it was some youtube video or some other humorous topic.
As for a name... *taps talons* I got nothing.... Usually I have SOME kind of an idea... but I just can't think of anything! xD
I hope you find one that suits to your liking, though. :>
*Last moment though~ Maybe give em' a ethnic background (I.E. Scottish), then go from there.. *shrugs* just an idea.. :>*

And heh I had a similar thing happen with my character kuyushi, whom I saved from destruction, my friend greatwhitejill drew him as just a sketch and I loved him so much that I fleshed him out into a character. Cheeky little dragondog he is too haha

Oh! Skullgirls is a fighting game with really neat-looking characters. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/11520531/ here is some great fanart of Squigly and Leviathan.
I haven't had much experience with anime myself. There's only a few serious titles I've seen, and the rest I like to watch are basically upbeat kids' shows like Digimon or whatever~
*realizes he has watched almost 350 episodes of Pokémon, and still has watched less than half the full series; dies a little inside*

Oh, that's really cool :D
I've seen a few episodes of Pokemon.
If you ever decide to watch Bomberman Jetters, let me know if you cry at the end.
I don't know how a kid's show drove me to tears, but it did. XD
(You can only find a subbed version on YouTube, but there's a playlist with all 50 something episodes.)
