I don't think I've ever seen this pokemon before actually. It looks cool as hell though! Especially with how you made the smaller version of itself much more bigger and muscled.

That's a fancy armor design, and a great-looking claw-shield. I like it!
I find neat the fact that Clawitzer and the background have the same colour palette; it makes them both stand out, oddly enough!
His posing and expression here really fit the theme of a guardian ready for battle; the way his claw obscures part of his body really drives attention to the thing, and adds to the entire feel of the piece. I really like how you worked its design!
