
I won't mention names, but I have a friend who's worked at PIXAR.
A small group of us got a tour, and Buzz & Woody were in the lobby.. made completely out of LEGO's!
And yes, they are life size (I'm 5ft., 9in., and they were 6 feet). I didn't realize I hadn't posted this image until this evening; the topic of Lego's came up, and I just couldn't resist digging up the photo and posting it.
Hell of a lot of Lego's.

I should really ask my friends who work there, if (a) they're still on display, and (b) just how many Lego's went into each!
I was very fortunate to have gotten that guided tour, as the studio is closed to the general public. The funny thing is the sticker I got to let me in (which I still have) says has a line from Toy Story 1.
"A Stranger from the Outside!" -- how wonderfully appropriate that was.
