Every year I try to come up with a unique badge design to offer for each convention I attend, and this year's FWA is themed "The FURGotten Orient." There are SO many themed ideas I could come up with, but I liked these two best.

The "Zodiac Rider" badge features a simple, chibi version of your character wearing a kimono/yukata and sitting astride your Zodiac animal. In this example, I was born under the Year of the Goat, so therefore AC rides a Goat. Coincidentally, 2015 is also the Year of the Goat, so hey! Hooray for me and all my fellow Goats out there.

The "Lucky Cat" badge is a revamp of a badge style I created back in 2010 and retired after a single con. Now they're back, and updated to my current style and coloring methods, way better than the old versions. Your character will be featured in the classic "lucky cat" pose, with one paw raised and the other resting on the giant coin inscribed with the character's name.

Each badge averages about 4" tall (some variation will occur based on character features) and is inked using a Japanese brush pen. Badges are laminated and include a badge clip.
