I can understand your pain because I saw several times concepts which was close to mine, but now I do not worry about it. Just because I think that it's very hard (maybe impossible) to create something which will be absolutely different from anything that was created by people before us. Especially if you try to create something harmonic for human's eye. But this does not mean that everything was created before us! I just think that creatures can be similar by some basic concept, but this is all... I found the creature in your gallery which you talked about. I can say that yes, they look similar to each other but there much more difference between them. I would never confuse them, they both look unique. Please don't be sad. I understand that my words may not comfort you, so I'm sorry if I may irritate you :(
