When people of Minneapolis go to the police precinct to signal they have been mugged or something, they go in hoping to not have the agent Gordon Dutts at the reception.
And for good cause. The mole was the most incompetent, laziest cop ever. All he was good at was eating donuts (thank goodness he was often sent at the archives, where he had to move lots of heavy boxes, otherwise he'd be a pile of fat) and treating the precinct like his bedroom, even going as far as removing his shoes in it.
No wonder that at his age, he was still on the lowest rank of Minneapolis' forces. The only reason he hadn't been sacked with disgrace was that he was the mayor's brother.
And even though the latter really loved his brother (and it was reciprocate), he knew that he couldn't help Gordon forever, and desperately wished for him to man up...

A mole! We don't get nearly enough of these guys!
Sir Gordon doesn't seem to be considered the sharpest tool in the shed; for now, anyway. I guess I can see why.
Although, it's great to know that at least he and his brother are on good terms; having a shoulder you can lean on (though he seems to be taking advantage of that a tad too much) is always a big thing.
Let's see what twist of fate turns his life around, sir!

Hoping to make things a bit clearer, sir; I don't think sir Gordon is dumb, I meant that others might think of him that way. I didn't question his intelligence! :)
And, I have not seen Rango, assuming that Rango's an actual thing.
If you meant Rambo, on the other hand (given how close B and G are on the keyboard, it's an easy slip-up), then, boy, is that going to be a life-changer! It's definitely going to be intense!
And I forgot to say, Connercoon did a nice job on him; amongst other things, I really like the claws!

Actually, Rango is an animated movie and affectionate parody of westerns, and I was referencing this scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7nMo8duNJNU
