I wanted to go Combat Engineer way back in a day

Building bridges and clearing the way to the action. If I had gone military I would have tried for that. Planning on helping our troops from back home now though.

I ended up becoming a tanker. But If I knew then what I know now, I woulda picked a desk job. Less BS to deal with, the army is constantly screwing over its soldiers.

I am unfortunately familiar with this... Brother was in the military. He got injured and we had to fight a bit for his benefits. We met a lot of other people having issues and it opened our eyes up to a world of disparity... My mother was a pretty big part of advocating for the wounded warrior project when it first rose up. It makes me sad, but I am sure you are more familiar with it than i. :c
