I Ink'd and Colored it ^_^
A little extra info:
This took me 2 days off an on to complete. It is by far the hardest and most time consuming Icon I've ever done. 22 frames feels like a WHOLE LOT when you are Inking and coloring each one. So sorry I took a couple short cuts
Was still a ton of fun, and I learned a lot about coloring along the way ^_^

Ever used Flash? It'd get you around that issue no problem and probably give you a smaller file size too.
You wouldn't need to change anything, only import the existing frames and export as an SWF file.
GIFs are kinda awkward for anything larger than avatars and banners =/

Well, it's being used for an avatar ^_^ The limit I was talking about is for this image: http://i537.photobucket.com/albums/.....vatarSmall.gif
The one I uploaded here I don't really care about the file size or color count as I want it to look as good as possible.
Totally off topic: I really wish someone would finally merge PNG and GIF together so we could have true transparency and full color in animated GIFs
But that would probably create insane file sizes :(
