Finally we have Bronze's bio. The third member of the Metallic Trio. I hope I didn't do too bad as Bronze was the toughest to write about. I don't know much about supernatural gifts, and he probably has the least amount of variation. In contrast he's a bit deeper than the other chao I suppose. He's the most different from their original portrayal I'd think.
Bronze’s Bio
Name: Bronze
Species: Special Chao/Echidna
Age: Newborn
Height: Varies between forms of baby chao or infant echidna
Weight: Varies between forms of baby chao or infant echidna
Personality: Bronze is quiet, shy, and the lonely one of the family. Bronze is reserved and not a very good people person. Bronze feels his powers are evil and he’d only scare those around him. Bronze has low self esteem, believing the best he can do for people, is to not be around them. That way he won’t freak people out, or make them cry from his own supernatural abilities. Bronze prefers to avoid people rather than be grouped with others he could call friends. Bronze feels most comfortable when things are quiet. Since Bronze prefers things to be quiet, he tends to get aggravated at Golden if he eats too loud or Silvi if she has the TV volume up to high. Bronze acts distant from Jay, as he isn't sure Jay’s ready to handle his supernatural features. He doesn't feel as much a need to protect him as the others do since from Bronze's perspective, he'd always see him. Life doesn't mean much to Bronze, as he experiences both sides of life and after life.
While Bronze is a loner and quiet echidna chao, he actually holds back a more outspoken happy side. When Bronze is comfortable, he begins to open up and feel more cheerful. Usually it takes Golden and Silvi to help Bronze bring out his good side. When Bronze brings out his good emotions, he feels a little warm feeling in his heart. He feels accepted. He feels he doesn't have to worry about people screaming at him for as someone with “Devil abilities”. When Bronze is happy though, he sometimes tends to forget the precautions he took to not scare people. This can lead to him slipping in an out of his powers, which then can frighten some people. Bronze like Golden is hard to anger, but he’s very easy to depress.
Bronze’s powers come with a curse. Because of this curse, Bronze is scared and tormented even when he is by himself. Bronze’s only solace, is the a special pearl he keeps with him. Bronze becomes paranoid when anyone mentions, or tries to touch his special pearl. Bronze will go to any lengths to protect or keep the pearl to himself. He’d even harm or scare his own family to do it. However Bronze is too good hearted to actually brutally harm or kill anyone he cares for. As much as Bronze cares for his special pearl, he’d sacrifice it if it meant saving the lives of people who care and look past his frightening features.
Likes: Bronze likes spending all his time in the bedroom he shares with his siblings. Bronze is the kind of chao who’d prefer staying in his bed all day, than going outside and playing. When he’s in his bedroom, he can bask in how quiet everything is. Bronze doesn't mind the peaceful sounds of other animals outside though. He enjoys closing his eyes, and listening to the birds chirping, or the sounds of squirrels scurrying outside. Bronze also takes interest in things such as rain and snow. Bronze could sit by the windows and just watch rain and snow drop all day. For some reason it eases his soul, and steadies his heart beat. He feels calm and one with inner peace.
Bronze likes toys, but more specifically dolls and plushies. Dolls and plushies are soft to lay on, but also are fun to play with. Bronze uses toys for his own game though. With his supernatural powers, Bronze can possess inanimate objects, and essentially become them. When this happens, the toys eyes and mouth change to resemble Bronze’s. Possessing different objects is Bronze’s way of trying to be someone else. Like an actor, Bronze plays the role of the object he’s possessed. If Bronze possessed something like a motorcycle, you can bet he’d have fun making engine noises with his mouth. Since Bronze likes being different people, he likes watching movies, TV shows that aren't Silvi's infomercials, or watching his daddy play video games. Bronze likes video games when he’s allowed to play them.
Bronze seeing his brother and sister eat, has developed a small liking to eating like they do. However Bronze only eats those who are close to him. Those who are close to his heart, he will keep close to him. Bronze will give a warm embrace to someone he trusts. Otherwise he tends to not eat anyone at all. Bronze is especially happy if the one he keeps close to him is happy. This makes him feel like he’s not a monster or scary person. People can usually tell if he’s starting to like someone, if he nibbles on their body somewhere. It’s Bronze’s way of saying he likes someone, and may want to eat them at some point. Unfortunately for some that might scare them. Bronze doesn't mind being eaten so long as he has his pearl. Without it he'd be very displeased.
Dislikes: Bronze does not like loud disturbing noises. Loud noises startle Bronze and make him want to leave the area. Things that usually get to Bronze are Golden eating too loud, Silvi’s TV volume being too high, dogs barking and scaring away the small critters, etc. Bronze especially dislikes the sounds of wails and agonizing moans. These moans remind him of spirits, and the sleepless nights he has had because of them. Bronze will get moody and not someone you want to be around if a wailing sound is heard.
Bronze dislikes when people are scared of him, or call him names because of his powers. Bronze just wants to be liked, but some people run in fear whenever he tries to be himself. Bronze can’t help that he looks threatening when he possesses something, or that he looks a little scary with his black retinas. Bronze is cheered up though when his daddy shows off silly flaws he has with his own face, such as rosy cheeks. When people share with him how imperfect they are too, he feels better about himself.
Bronze most of all dislikes the curse of his powers. Bronze’s supernatural powers allow him to see souls that haven’t passed on. Bronze’s sleepless nights are usually caused by souls who come to see him as he’s the only one who can see them. If not for Bronze’s pearl, Bronze would have gone mad. Bronze’s pearl helps Bronze keep the mostly voiceless spirits away, and suppress his powers. The pearl also keep away the strange one that constantly tries to speak with him. Someone he fears.
Bronze dislikes when anyone jokes about or tries to take his pearl from him. Bronze’s pearl is Bronze’s sanity. Without his pearl, Bronze will be forced to deal with the bad side effects of his powers. The one thing Bronze hates and will make him angry, is anything that remotely has to do with his pearl. If the subject of his pearl comes up, he gets angry. If someone jokes about taking his pearl, he gets furious. If someone tries to take his pearl, then they will wish they never even thought of that idea once he’s done with them.
Powers: Bronze like some other special chao, can transform between chao form and one mobian animal. In Bronze’s case he can become an infant sized, but moderately strong echidna. Usage of forms depend on what he wants to do.
Specifically as a chao, Bronze doesn't have to walk around. Bronze can fly at faster speed than his brother Golden, but slower than Silvi. Bronze though has the best stamina among his siblings, and doesn't tire out as easily as either of them in chao form.
As an Echidna, Bronze can lift a fridge with effort, but caps out around half as strong as Golden. Bronze even when he grows up will be weak for an echidna, but his special powers more than make up for his lack of echidna strength.
Bronze’s unique power is his supernatural abilities. Bronze can turn into a ghost in either chao or echidna form. With his supernatural powers, Bronze can posses any inanimate object he chooses. Each object he posses will gain some of his appearance. Bronze can also possess people while they are asleep. During that time is when he doesn't have to deal with mental resistance. When people are awake, they can drive Bronze out of their bodies. Will determines how long and if Bronze can keep control of someone’s body. If Bronze does not possess someone, he can simply be intangible. Bronze can share his intangibility with those he touches.
Bronze can also see and hear spirits. Bronze not liking this ability uses his pearl to restrain his sight into the world beyond. That way he can’t see or hear spirits. Since spirits can help Bronze if he needs to know something, he can swallow his pearl to temporarily remove his restriction. Doing this allows Bronze to see lost spirits, but also someone else. Someone he doesn't know how to describe. Bronze prefers to keep the restrictions on.
Chaos Emerald abilities: With chaos emeralds if he somehow managed to get a hold of them, Bronze would gain some extensions of his current abilities. Each additional emerald makes his previous powers more effective and easier to use.
With 1 or 2 emeralds, Bronze can turn those he eats into ghosts. With this power he can share with people what he see’s and has to deal with if he doesn't have his pearl. Bronze can reverse this too with the same procedure.
With 3 or 4 emeralds, Bronze can remove the souls of ordinary humans, or have souls switch bodies with someone else’s. He can also remove a soul and keep a body for himself. However a soul can find its way back and regain their body. Worst of all a nearby souls could hijack the empty body before Bronze does if he's not careful.
With 5 to 6 emeralds, Bronze can revive the dead. He can revive up to 10 people. Unfortunately they’ll be revived in whatever condition the body was in. So they could be revived normally, as a skeleton or rotting corpse. Bronze can’t bring back those who don’t have a body though such as if they're ash.
With all 7 emeralds, Bronze has a different kind of form then the traditional super one. Bronze can absorb the souls of the living and dead near him to power himself up greatly. Bronze becomes a reaper who can rip out the souls of anyone who isn't close to his power. With each Soul Bronze absorbs he gains their abilities, memories, and skills. However the more people Bronze absorbs, the harder it is for him to control this state. Every absorption affects his personality, and Bronze can very well loose himself among the souls devoured. It’s best Bronze never use this power, unless in a desperate moment. Lest he loose his mind.
Relationships: Bronze’s relationships beyond his siblings and father are to be determined. Bio will be updated when more information is revealed.
Bronze is somewhat liking to his daddy. Bronze likes Jay as he looks after everyone, but he isn't sure if Jay would abandon him if something supernatural or scary happened to him. Bronze though appreciates his daddy enough to not be a burden. However Bronze’s idea of not being a burden, is to be alone. He seems to not know that he isn't that much different from Jay on that level. Bronze nibbles on his daddy when he’s happy, which then leads to other closer moments between them.
Bronze and Golden get along well. Golden is Bronze’s guide to being a more open person. Golden spends time with Bronze, to try to get him to smile and be with someone, rather than just be by himself. Bronze loving his brother, tries to follow in Golden's footsteps. Whether Golden has Bronze challenge him into an eating contest, tasting food, or playing predator and prey, Bronze follows Golden’s example so he can perhaps be more likable, and less scary.
Bronze and Silvi have a similar time together as the Bronze does with Golden, but they focus on special abilities. Silvi tries to help Bronze accept his supernatural powers as a gift, rather than a curse. Silvi herself shows she also has scary abilities, and that creation can be just as scary as the supernatural. Bronze has Silvi to talk to when it comes to his powers messing with him, or when they get out of hand. She also comforts him from his boogeyman.
Bronze has a poor relationship with souls when he can see them. The ghosts he can only see are lost spirits that can’t rest. They bug Bronze for some strange reason that he does not know. Sometimes they say things to him, or other times they just watch him. Ghosts can't really talk to Bronze beyond a few words or pointing. There is one only one who talks to Bronze fully, and that thing is the reason why Bronze never wants to lose his pearl. That one is Bronze's boogeyman.
