I'm not sure of what process in which they make these bases, but I was surprised by that too.

Have you tried soaking sage leaves in hot water, then letting it cool to warm and soaking your hand in it for a while?
Helps with a lot of things. Sage oils are wonderful. Smell great too.
Any kind of food grade sage will work.
This also works as a wash for your gums and tongue if you have a cut or sore, and can be drank for intestinal problems.
(Add it to your favorite tea if you don't like the taste of sage alone.)

You could give it a try, but it sounds to me like you'd need something much stronger than that. Sage used topically is very good for small wounds and topical swelling, but for the deep stuff, it isn't potent enough to work on it. I'd seek medical attention from a doctor for that.
I've never tried a shampoo bar, and I'm not sure I could take on the prospect of it at this time. Maybe sometime in the future.
I hope to be selling them locally, and maybe online at some point when I can work out better shipping costs. Right now its like 7 dollars shipping for a small box.

Thanks for your reply! I completely understand wanting to take things at a reasonable pace. Might you be willing to do a custom one if I paid 100% of the shipping in addition to whatever cost you wanted to charge?
You have such unique designs :D I like that you incorporate the scents / ingredients heavily into the appearance of the bar, in particular.
