Alice Claud

Age: 28 (Post-game age)

Birthday: July 19th

Abilities: Her main weapon is chakrams, but she carries knives on her for different purposes. She studies and is capable of using fonic artes, mainly the First, Third and Sixth, but using too many of them, especially high-level ones, drains her and tends to make her quite tired. If she pushes it beyond that point, she risks fainting.

At two separate occasions, she has also managed use of the Seventh Fonon to heal others, but collapsed immediately after. So, she only uses it if absolutely necessary.

Appearance: As seen above. The gloves are worn to hide several scars from when she was attacked by a dog at a young age, and the one on her neck is due to another attack during her travels.

Personality:

Alice is generally calm and happy, and seeing her very angry is pretty rare, many claiming it to be terrifying. She tends to hide how she feels behind a smile, trying not to let others see she’s upset so as to avoid making them upset as well. She’s been described as having a strong will mentally—It’s incredibly difficult to break her or change her values.

She always, always puts others before herself, and several have said it will be the death of her. Has been known to be quite motherly, preferring to bandage whatever wounds her friends might get, regardless of whether or not they say they’re okay.

She’s also innocent to more intimate matters despite her age, and she gets flustered pretty easily. It drives her nuts. She holds a lot of respect for those below and especially above her, be it a mere soldier or Emperor Peony himself.

Backstory:

Alice was born in Akzeriuth, and she found herself quite content with what little she had as her family was poor. She often played with her younger sister and the few children that lived with her in town at the time.

By the time she became a teenager, she found herself ‘in love with the idea of love’, always looking for that ‘knight in shining armor’. After Cail saved her from a potentially fatal fall, she fell for him on the spot—At least, at the time she thought so. But as they continued spending more time together, she eventually did end up falling for Cail, and has happy to see they felt the same—They began dating as a result.

When her father enlisted in the Malkuth Military however, she and her family moved farther up north and she had to leave behind her old home, as well as Cail. They still held a long distance relationship, writing letters and occasionally visiting the other.

During in-game events, she was supposed to get a visit from him, but Akzeriuth collapsed the day before the decided day—Alice lost him and her former home. When she got lost on her way to Daath in an effort to find out what happened, she met Luke and the others at Aramis Spring and decided to assist them on their journey.

She does a lot of traveling nowadays, but always returns back home often. She also helps Jade with various duties in his office should he need it.
