I have no gym experience and am much out of shape. Need badly to get into shape. Not overweight but so stagnant that it has effected my asthma and I want to get better. Yea :C i recently found out there is an elective surgery you can take for 5k to "bleach" the brown out to give you a blue. You dont know how hard I want that.

it by itself causes no medical issues but i have a real bad issue with social anxiety and I know people are trying to be friendly but I dont like having attention on me that much and it makes me feel not really defective but almost defective. Its hard to explain but I know they mean well but I dont know how to interact with strangers who want to ask me 100 questions at random when I am shopping or something ya know?
