From #1 to #2, I have continued to model my character's head in Blender. Tried my best to make him gatorish as I can while making it work for a dragon. Took me forever with the ears and need to make them bigger, because they look small on his head. I really like to get him out there and there is no one I can turn to who can do this for me, because they are too expensive or something. So, hopefully I can do this. Wish me luck.

I would recommend you using Multiresolution modifier without having your mesh destroyed by Subdivision Surface modifier. Multires can keep it clear off modifications and it's easier to sculpt with it from there on, also you can always go back in levels if you need to tweak some in a lower polygon detail.
