Can't be asked to remove frames/decrease size to make it fit.
this is why i don't like making animated icons. the size limit is a tad too restricting.
but surprisingly enough, unlike previous icons. this one didn't hit 300-400kb without unnecessary edits to quality or size. so that's a positive thing to keep in mind if I decide to attempt another one of these for myself or friends.
