I've been hitting the gym hard this past year. I think it's starting to pay off. Not only do none of my workout clothes no longer fit, but these are the last pair of posers I have. Don't think they'll fit when I compete again.

I was advised to add more protein to my diet, and milk has protein, and I've been trying my own Bull Muscle Milk, straight from the source.
I think it's worked quite well.
