on heads that have browns in them (earth tones) I try to do some airbrushing.
Its just nerve wracking as hell because every time I feel like at any time I could ruin the head and 20 hours of work.
But as they say, nothing ventured, nothing gained. Im working on getting better.

can i ask what kind of airbrush / paint you use? i have a paasche dual action but every time i've tried to airbrush fur it gets these little dots of paint on it, and if i try to comb them through it looks like muddy streaks :((( & that's no matter how lightly or how far away i'm misting, it's like the paint suddenly bursts through...

with blades 10, 5 FC, 4FC
most of the fur is shaved flat before cut into patterns and sewn together. then I finish out the fur after its glued to the head.
