These do take a bit of prep, but they are SO good :)
Ingredients:
1 package of chicken wings (duh :P)...though any kind of part is fine!
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (you can also use red wine vinegar, but, that would come on a bit stronger)
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried onion
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Just get a small bowl, and combine the olive oil and vinegar with your garlic and dried spices, and then marinate for about 1-2 hours in a Ziploc ™ bag...though, you could always go overnight if you want the flavor more developed.
Then get your oven to 375 F and get a large baking sheet, cover the pan with foil (it will save you a BIG hassle on clean up) and then take out the wings with a pair of tongs and cook in the oven for an hour...
BUT
At the halfway point (about thirty minutes) make sure you turn your chicken over and if you have any leftover marinade, just baste it with the rest that's still left in the bag...I would also recommend to get another sheet of foil and loosely cover the chicken over it to prevent splattering....and then cook the rest of the way.
Then serve with rice (microwave rice in the bag...not really worth mentioning :P)
And enjoy!
