This is a wip request for MayorYesterday(FAC), i usuallly finish the requests before i post them but i wanted to make sure she likes it before i go ahead and color it, it's her fan pokemon and a pikachu fighting, i decided to take a little artistic license and changed the pikachu a bit and decided i liked him. i'll explain in a later pic why he has a raichu tail
