Where do you want to be looking, and what kind of expression are you trying to convey? Rage?

I'm not quite sure on what is wrong with the face atm :/

Looking down at the camera, and yeah rage but a much wider mouth. I cant seem to get it down.

Maybe leave the bottom jaw where it is, and lift the top jaw up a bit more to make it more open. In terms of wider, i'm not sure if that'll help, but it may be able to give you more room to try something out.

Also, I see where you marked where the eyes should be, and I think if you make the adjustment and leave the eyes where they're marked, it'll look good. At least, in my mind it should be good.

I'm hoping a more professional artist to give you some help, but hopefully my advice helps a bit ^^;;
