I totally get that, they do look very sporty and cool. Very athletic-style. And strappy suits are nice :)
I think boys and girls look cooler in racerbacks, but cooler in solid backs. Nothing like the way a solid back wraps their whole torso up all over, so tight you can see their shoulderblades poking into the material and highlighting the seam of their booty ;)

Yup. It really looks awesome on a swimmer or fit athlete because it highlights the sleek lines of their body. Full back coverage is one thing that most leotards have over one-pieces (although not all.)
Racerbacks are really fun! Especially in the sporty, competition style. And I would be delighted to see, I'll bet you look really cool in 'em!

Go for it! Leotards and one-pieces are a great item for anyone's collection, I think they can make almost anyone feel good. That style of garment is the perfect mix of cuteness and practicality imo, for a wide variety of body types - less restrictive to only "ideal" bodies like a speedo or bikini is.
