More of a Mediterranean flair - and a first dish - from

I felt like I wanted to contribute to the awesomeness that is
FACCC with something of my own!
This is a super simple but ridiculously tasty and super nutritious lunch! I have it every other day and it's filling as well as very good for you.
RECIPE:
One small can of tuna (6 oz)
Half a can of chickpeas (16 oz)
Mixed Greens
One small onion
FOR THE DRESSING:
Half a lemon
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1- Open and drain the tuna and chick peas, put them on a bowl to the side
2 - Dice the onion and lay it on a plate with the mixed greens
3 - Make the dressing: squeeze the lemon into a container of choice, add a spoonful of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
4 - Use half the dressing on the tuna and chick peas and half on the mixed greens and onions
5 - Put the tuna and chickpea mix onto the plate with the green and onions and mix. And you are done!
Literally the quickest most nutritious meal you'll find - also you can add a bit of other flavors to complement it, I use chili flakes but you can try mustard or other aromatic herbs!
