Oh yum! Sloppy Joes are a childhood favorite of this wuffy!
Wuff has a recipe for "honest to goodness Coney Island Sauce" for hotdogs that has been "Vetted" by several New Yorkers as really being a "legit" coney sauce, and not just chili and beans. *grins*
Turns out, with very minor adjustment. it is actually almost a perfect match for Cincinnati "Skyline" chili! In fact, one of wuff's friends entered it into a chili contest with the adjustments out in CA, and won 3rd place with it! So it really is an "Award Winning Chili"! *grins*
Vrghr will definitely be posting that one up, next time wuff makes a batch he can photograph!
