Fimbulwinter was a project I started a long time ago when I was young and starry-eyed with the delusions of grandeur most young aspiring authors experience. I grew both mentally and in my skill set in my time with writing Fimbulwinter, and after all these years while it has been an excellent learning experience, I was ultimately disappointed with my own work and it did not live up to the standards that I had set for it. I finished the novel a bit over a year ago and it is has been sitting idly on my computer even since. Well, here it is in its entirety. I should mention that this is not indicative of my current writing skill and work. Yet at this stage I have moved well past that onto a project that I aspire to be something far bigger and better than what I could have originally envisioned. While it is always difficult to abandon something that you have worked on for a long time and nurtured as if it were your own child I realize that your first work is often not your last, and all of us go through a long period of development and growth as artists and authors. For anyone who reads this and likes my work, I would love it if you could watch me on my newest project account which I have been hard at work developing for the last two years now
