The pose is absolutely fantastic, especially with how her legs are positioned, smooshing against that belly. Also love her expression paired with the hand placement, giving her newly padded form a feel. I'm in love with the way you've done that gut though, the way it sags and squishes is phenomenal, and really adds a good sense of weight to it.
