I was at WalMart looking for towels that weren't lead based and wound up buying a five dollar Celtic CD. It opened with this song and come hell or high-waters I had to learn it. It's a traditional piece, so I don't know who wrote it.
I'm using a Fender Rendondo acoustic guitar (my baby, I kicked the shit out of it more times than I care to think about) and an Apex435 condenser mic hooked up to an MBox2 and Pro Tools LE.

Erm... this is a finger-picking piece, so there's little to no chords to strum. However, given the structure of the song, I'm guessing these chords to the first riff should work. I'm not positive, though. Anyways, it goes Am, B6m, C, C, D, E, G, then Am, B6m, C, C, D, G, and repeat, if that makes any sense. In any case, this song is in A minor before changing into E minor later on.
I got a Strat, too. They're my guitar of choice for playing behind the head (personally I call that technique the Jimi Hendrix).
