Three character commission done to 
Casandro
A short sum comes along:
These guys are driving a spacecraft along and now they teamed up for a nice shoot.
On The left we can see Jake. Hes an engineer. Hes body is mostly cybernetic to replace what he has lost in the past. To think on it it's handy that hes an engineer, he can fix his self in need.
On the center we can see Casandro the captain of this Taskan. Hes a winged lion, and as I heard a lazy one to :3 He wears his space suit or call it armor under hes jacket. To save time, I told hes a lazy one.
And on the right we can see Pete, hes a pirate boy. He has a fine futuristic cutlass to. Uh cool better than light saber. =3 It can cut when turned of to. Well for more info about this three visit Casandro page.
Been a long time. Since I'm busy I only progressed a few hours forward with it. And also my digital pen broke so that put me of for a few days to. It been around 14 hours plus the painting of the background. I really enjoyed the technical parts like Jakes lower body and the designing of Petes pirate sword on a futuristic way which has ended up as a nice side project and got the name to for it self. E.C. Z-08 "Bountyhounter" Well I hope I didn't missed anything.

This is a really nice image. I especially like the cybernetic persona because well I relate to it. My character personally sports a Bio-Cybernetic body that's 55% bio-bionic and thus half externally created and rest internally created through nanomachine technology.
I like the fact that he's smiling since most cyborgs seem to feel like they are loosing their humanity by adding or replacing more components of their bodies or feel like the machine is taking over. Personally, even if you replace your whole body its your mind that makes you you, not your body.
On another note, the Pirate boy is cool and cute! But that cutlass looks a little short?
And the winged lion, I can imagine that without proper coolants that space suit must get mighty hot and uncomfortable. Any who, in utter general, a very nice picture! One question, do you chat?

Smile they say. I imagined that hes a positive guy so he look on the stuff like: Hey I lost my leg, but I still can walk. Not like all emo: Oh dam I'm half a robot now. I wanna die. Who needs that?
I dunno I didn't noticed that cutlass are longer than half an arm. And well the concept of the lion was steed my job was to make it futuristic like. The wings are already a problem of the suit. The suit should cover the wings to or else there will be problems very big ones. I didn't even came up with a solution for my own character. Ok I have he wont take space walks. Well the body obviously has some influence on the personality. Just consider yourself when you are ill or have a headace or something.

Ya didn't answer the last part of my post but no matter, and your right, emo-cyborgs are not fun to be around with T_T.
But personally, I dont get how come their called Cyborgs, I mean a robotic arm is not cybernetic, cybernetic means your organic with synthetic components integrated into your biological components, other wise your just part robot O-o.
And yeah, the wings and cutlass and space suit are errors in this but this is still a mighty fine picture. My comments on it ^^.
