Made using Flipnote for the 3DS. This here is my first ever animated gif.

For this animation I decided on making it of Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls. Why Bill Cipher? Because his design was simple enough for me to use to get adjusted to animating in Flipnote, since I had never done an animation before.
