One of the skins I created for a 3D chat program, female version.
I did all four standard siamese colors for both male and female avatars. Erect ears are available, but I prefer using the neko ears on my female cats because they are cuter and I could add earrings to that mesh. =^.^= (guys can wear the neko ears, too!)
