This is our new kitty... sort of. He was actually a stray that would occasionally come up to our porch because we would leave food out for him. For a few years he was super scared of us. Any time anyone would get close, he would flee. Well about a month ago there was going to be a snowstorm. Knowing he was out there, my step sister trapped him and brought him inside just to survive the storm. Within a few days he became the most clingy adorable cat ever. Which is odd because he was a stray. So here when the neuter clinic opens up we will get him done up and marked so that if animal control comes and sees him outside, they will know he has a home. He will be an indoor outdoor cat. He's already gotten the hang of going outside then coming to the door and meowing when he wants in.

It's gone from him running away to him following us outside when we went to go fish and even came back up with us like a loyal dog. But in cat form. He's super adorable, super lovey, but still has the skidishness of the wild. Though I bet it helps with a family of Coyotes nearby! This cat has got resilience despite his tiny body.

NOTE: We are not getting him declawed, but we do trim his front claws because he is a kneeder. We only clip them when he needs it (only once so far but he didn't even struggle) so that when he's outside he can survive just in case.

No dead mice yet. Though the spring is young. Haha.
