Boring class? Lets draw stoned dragons! (pun intended lol) I'm so funny weeee

It just started out as a practice with colours and layers 'n stuff. I tend to use way to many layers, so I tried using as few as possible on this one. Ended up with only three layers, one for the bg, one for the dragon and the last one for minor details. I could probably keep working a lot more with this one, but meh.
