I asked the artist if the Stag was anatomically correct, he said they wouldn't allow it, that it was bad enough that residents complained it was "devilish"to have a half human with horns in a public park. He also told me about some parties he hosts and how much fun it would be to have me out.

That's right! In fact I have seen God displayed as a white Stag. Frank said he got a lot of flak from religious groups and plain residents too, but Frank is not one to let his vision go, he's very persistent, he did give in on naughty bits but it is a kids park after all. I've seen other works of his, he's quite talented.
