It's a makeoveeeeer :D
Not an entirely new ref and the sona hasn't changed actually, but there were some things that bothered me and had to be corrected.

So, what changed?
- removed the one disguise-look. I barely used it and it just made things more confusing.
- added clothing refs. This was an important thing for me because I didn't have those at all on the previous one.
- cleaned up a bit. The head of the feral and the anthro-ref were bothering me quite a bit since the lower jaw was way too short and it looked like she had a big overbite. And I also worked a little bit on the feral ref's body. I also rearranged it a bit because the former version was a bit chaotic >_>

After a lot of thinking I decided to upload my new sona here too. (When I finally managed to make pigs fly I want those folders for the gallery... someday this ref will be faaaar away, somewhere at the near end of the gallery >_>)

Yep, my new self ^^ And yep, a lot of text. Don't have to read it if you don't want to. (as if I would be able to force you to read it XD)


As you can read in the description this is what would be the outcome if Iwan's first try with the optimization had worked.
For all of you who have no idea what I'm talking about: Nao was created by Iwan.
Naoko was captured by his henchmen because of her DNA profile. He optimized her to turn her in some of his creatures but the first try failed and Naoko's powers and abilities were blocked. So he changed her personality and thus created Nao.
This Naoko is what could have been if the first try succeeded. While Nao and Naoko have been separated although still the same person, this Naoko is still complete and because of this she can access way bigger powers than Nao can.

Why this complicated? Well... I always felt like Naoko wasn't truly what I was. I made her way too nice... while Nao is way too evil. BUT both of them have A LOT of myself. But also both of them have some things that absolutely don't fit me.
I created them in a time when I was actually separated in my head. I had a lot of difficult times, but I got myself some help and slowly found my way back.
In the last ... six months or so I recognized how much I had concentrated on my two personalities. The one that always tells you 'No, don't do it! In the end you'll just fail, they will laugh at you, you will feel embarrassed!' and the other that told me 'Do it! You don't have to care for others! Get your ass up and do something with your life!'
And I recognized how stupid this is.
I remembered times when I was still young, and when society hadn't invaded my brain. I decided I want to get back to myself. And myself is both: Self-Confident but a listener, helpful but even more helpful when she gets something in return, optimist and also realist, cares a lot but also doesn't give a shit, buttoned up but a perv XD
You see how I got there. And should I tell you something? I never had that feeling with a Fursona. This feeling that this is right. I know a lot of sensible blabla but hey: Sometimes this just has to happen ^^

And the idea with the wings is OLD. You can see this in my signature XD Ever looked at it? It has two wings like this ^^ And I created it in 2009 ^^ Yes, sooo many years ago XD


You may ask why I gave her so much powers. Well... I created Nao... I created Iwan... I created the world they are in ^^ As an artist you HAVE a lot of powers. XD Maybe someday I will tell you more about her powers in detail. But since Unlike is still not really continuing and you first need to know more about Nao I will shut up now. Enough text.
