Commission for
getfur
That's probably one of my favorite commissions so far, for many reasons. I was very surprised when Bamwuff/Getfur came to me with a quite simple yet creative idea. I loved working on such a different and cool outfit for his 'sona. I loved when finally someone asked for a background (yes, I know). I loved having to illustrate an aurora borealis. I loved trying creating this setting and learning new things. I love cold weathers...
IN SHORT: I simply loved this from the beginning to the end!! I hope the commissioner liked it just as much - or more - than me~
Thank you veeeeery much, Bam!~

Ughf.... wow... this is just beautiful! It's nice to read how much you loved working on this; amusingly enough, it's way more common to read that artists HATED doing the background, so in this case, enjoying it really shows with the detail and beauty that extends to every portion of the picture. The character himself is big, beefy and awesome looking, and of course I just love that we get such a great view of his footpaw and sole pads - equally beefy and beautiful. ^_^ The warm glow of the cabin in the background sets a nice sort of "future" tone of the moment too. Amazing job!
