PCA - Formal Burst and Sammy

With the happy(ish) couples all drawn, the only thing left was these two screw-ups.
Burst and Sammy went as friends.
Burst did not get the date he wanted. To cheer his spirits, Burst brought some...well, spirits, and sipped on them all through the dance.
He picked a few fights, hit on a few unfortunate ladies, and ended up heaving chunks in the bathroom while Sammy held back his tie. He eventually was carried home by Sammy, where he rode the porcelain bus once again.
Sammy did not get a date at all, though he tried rabidly. Sorbet did. So Sammy spent the Formal keeping Burst from getting beaten up, shooting glares at his teammate, and watching his whore of an ex-girlfriend chat up a bunch of guys while wearing a tiny dress guaranteed to show her whole ass if she bent over, 'cause of course she's not wearing underwear. And through all that, he had to walk around with a bruise on his nose from his glasses. He was honestly glad to carry Burst home, shove him into the shower, and put him to bed.

And on top of all that Sammy would have had to keep him well away from the chaperones and other adults, cause getting caught with that stuff on school property would've been an instant disaster... this is the kind of stuff that may make one start to re-evaluate their friendships.

I think that... Sammy gets to illustrate the value of friendship here. As it's always a good friend that walks you home when you're completely plastered to the point where you forget which direction is UP. That and his facial expression makes him look like this is just a regular annoyance to him that he has to put up with. (Yet he just stops minding)
And Burst there looks.....well......
....he's one of those happy drunks isn't he? ^ ^;;
But this is a nice picture as it just shows how good friends(?) they have to be.
So lets see..Sammy's only carried Burst home, kept him from being killed multiple times, and woken up with Burst clinging to him IN BED.
Lovely little relationship the two share. x)
