I'm not raiding anymore in WoW but I still have some warm memories from those days... who am I kidding, most of them are nightmares of trying to kill one boss for 2-3h, 3-5 days per week. Sometimes it got better (hey, got few server firsts!) but in general, this picture perfectly depicts ANY raiding group/guild in WoW. Because there's always "the one"... few of them... basically, half of your raid.
