He looks quite content in this drawing. I'm guessing the service was quite excellent =3
This is really nicely done! I like how his entire body looks puffy, like with his thighs and arms. Makes him appear squishy and comfortable. Also his puffy cheeks gives him a sort of chipmunk kind of look. That belly is also nicely drawn. Almost looks like a growing bubble.
