As it happens (writing book 2 chapter 14...) I'm about two chapters away from splitting the team into three anyway - probably for the rest of the book, if not beyond. Since I plan to put her in with Feral (arguably the main character), she should slide into a natural secondary role anyway. Although I shall also be giving him Archer, meaning he's got the two companions most likely to get him into trouble... and Aleana, in front of whom he feels self conscious :)

I love the lighting effects on this, and her sensual pose. Nice choice in swimsuit too. I've always liked the look of one-pieces over bikinis because of the way they hilight the form rather than break it up. Her cute blush implies that she's putting on a show for somebody. I wonder who?

I agree that as appealing as Akima is, someone needs to put her in her place. If she's not careful, Brig Riv might bend her over his knee. Or a table...

Thank you :) If she's showing off for anyone, I'd say it's Feral. She thinks he's interesting to be around because weird stuff has a tendency to happen to him - and she's secretly convinced that he knows how to use dragon magic (even though he doesn't).

Overall I plan to split the team up in a few chapters, which will help let each of them shine through in their own ways; right now Akima's tending to come to the front due to being a talkative and proactive personality, meaning she gets a lot of dialogue. She does (mostly) follow Feral's direction though, so he's proving quite a good way to keep her in line - even if she does seem likely to get him into trouble a lot.

And lol, now I have a mental image of the brigadier dishing out a spanking xD He'd draw the line there though ^^
