really? oh wow thanks ^^ but yeah I heard that the gifts are country locked. Other thing I can do is buy wii cards in the US. They are region free. But they don't sell them here =( And in ebay they just send on the country.

Are you sure that Wiipoint cards are totally region-free? 8D
Because, a 2000 points Wiipoints card costs 25 euros here, although in the US they cost just $20 ($20 = ONLY 14 EUROS!!!), and I could buy a couple million ones through Amazon. x3
Also, the Wii Shop channel not accepting American Express in your country is pretty sad. The European Wii Shop accepts American Express without a problem (It's what I use to buy Wiipoints online, in fact), and you'd think that a card called "American Express" would work better in America than in Europe. :P
