This is great, really pretty! I love that you've got space and the big sun there...this could be a terraformed asteroid for all anyone knows, but damn if it isn't pulled off beautifully You really capture the "outline" light on his fur so perfectly.

It is very infrequent that movie trailers give me spit-out-my-drink moments anymore, but watching Rocket do the totally classic Spandex Tug during the group's required-by-law slo-mo hero's walk was certainly one of the biggest. It was then I knew that GotG was going to be a classic flick.
Rocket's got balls. And everyone knows it.

Oh yes. His balls are there. I do think that scene is cool.

All kidding aside, this is absolutely lovely! Awesome use of back-light illuminating the fluff of his fur, and flowers behind him! What a beautiful picture!

Ah! You're the one that put that idea in my head. Yeah, it sort of does look like he's showing off his handy work. I did read that in the next movie, the director said we may not like the characters as much... I'm not sure why though, but it sounds like he's not gonna show their best sides.

Foof tries to change color but remembers that he's not a chameleon. :D

I like characters that look cool, and you don't have to know who or what they are to appreciate them. I think you could draw the most obscure character you remember, and they would still look great.
