This pic was a lot of fun to do. I liked having the chance to play with depth in a picture of this scale.

Water ripple effect is really nicely done. Almost looks like a sketchier character in a photorealistic background, it's almost a stark contrast between FG and BG that way. I like your dragon characters lots, this one is no exception. You've still managed to give him great shading and scale texture, almost a bump-map feel to the tail.

As i was writing my book, it came across me on how my dragon and other people in it would be wearing clothes. Humans are simple, but try putting pants on a dragon, alone a shirt when they have wings was another. at the end, i image it how the company would make them as simple as possible, Like how the top part of the pant can be earthier velco, button or a zipper at the top of the back hole to the top of the pants. The hole is also like a third sleeve, but for their tail' you know for more decently. as for shirts, it would of require a complex method, which the dragon would put on a shirt, but the back of the shirt has very large holes for that the dragon can get their wings out, and side buttons, velco, or zippers can closed them up.
Very good drawing too BTW
