This particular image took me a while to conceptualize how I could possibly combine features of a Vaporeon, with elements of Splash Woman from Mega Man 9 ^^ I figured she should be sporting a one piece suit, as to show of more of her bare legs, otherwise it would have ended up being a body type wet suit.

*OctoMan has Encountered Spalsh Vaporeon Woman!* o 3o...
I must say now, that I have not took much interest in the new MegaMan game, nor do I know what Splash Woman looks like... but, if Splash Womans costume is as sexy as it is on the lil vappy there, then she must be quite the hottie of a robot master! ^ 3^~
...Oh, and... Is Splash Woman the first actul female Megaman character to have "woman" in their name?... I think it could be, but im not exactly sure o 3o~...
