
This was hard to belive, but yes, the B&W was the before and the color works was after.
I did this for my Adobe Photoshop class in college last summer. I was going for a night motief like in "Meet the Engineer" but I flipped some settings around and when I came up to luminosity; it transforms from inkwash to water colors.
I feel awesome!!
