b\Been a while since lapras was last drawn up for any reason. Guess I still have an affinty for water types.

The propose of this was to test out how quickly photoshop touch works with special text effects. So far it is closer to what I would work with on the desktop for doing text effects for comics. Though Photoshop Touch lags when going through the font selection, otherwise it is fast with the other stuff. In short, it is much faster than the other apps when working on the FX, so things should be easier for doing that.
