First step into the new world of The Crew done!
As you can see, there were some changes done to the main cast. Mainly, one member was thrown out completely while another got a bit of a redesign. Also, the world of The Crew is now in a japanese like setting (yes, I am going back to my japanese inspired designs). But first, let us start with the updated info of all of the members!
Jango - Captain Race: Kitsune
Fishbone - Cook Race: Sasori
Raw - Carpenter Race: Sasame
Meiji (formerly Vladislav) - Doctor Race: Hagewashi
Kurai - Navigator Race: Kitsudori
I threw out Melchior because I just couldn't connect with his design anymore sadly. Also, I really missed Kurai and his species, and with me going back to using japanese elements, what could be better than adding my Kistudori species into the The Crew universe.
Raw also got a big design change. His old design really bothered me as it felt really uninspired to me after a while (there were also all these weird spikes on him which didn't serve any purpose but to make him look "cooler" I guess).
Besides that, I also dropped the silly idea of them all having horns, and of course the whole "devil horns" story element because it just didn't make sense the more I thought about it.
The world of The Crew is now called Yodura, and the main continent is called Teikoku, of course the rulers of the continent/world are addressed as Tenno.
Teikoku is still one huge continent, but is now surrounded by a giant wall, with the wall being located in the ocean. Beyond the wall, are still countless islands that are all inhabited by dangerous creatures.
The worst kind of punishment of Teikoku, is to be banished, it is seen many times more worse than execution. When someone is banished, they are sat into a small boat without sails, food or water and are sailed out of a gate that brings them to the merciless outside world. Depending on the weather conditions, most of the boats just float and the passengers will die of thirst or hunger. However, often they are also attacked by ferocious beast after only a couple hours. If for some crazy reason, they do make it to the first island, they usually die there for the reasons mentioned above.
Of course, Jango and his crew are judged to be executed, and by using all the luck in the world actually survive to reach the first island and make it even further. But, more to that in the future.
Let's see, some backstory of Jango and Fishbone changed, but the others are still the same (with better writing and less stupid ideas of course (I am looking at your story Raw)).
Kurai has a deep connection with Jango, and he is truly the wildcard of the crew. Kurai is still a fucked up serial killer and is often unstable, but Jango has managed to actually get him to control himself, when it comes to his friends at least. As mentioned above, Kurai is the wildcard, when he goes crazy, nothing is left alive, however, sometimes he gets into a rush and when that happens, the others know better than to stand in his way, because he doesn't separate foe and friend anymore. This is the situation where Jango steps in and manages to return him to normal.
Alright, this is enough text for now. If there are any questions, I will do my best to answer them (unless they ask for information that could be considered spoilers, but I'll let you know if that is the case!). Anyway, thank you for reading!

Ah, finally news about the project! I can't wait to see it!
I like the changes you made abut the plot. Yeah, the horns weren't the most inspired thing after all XD
I'm curious about the wall... but I'm sure things will be told so I'll wait. I just don't understand, is it something like the chinese Great Wall?
