My curiosity is burning, I need to ask! Is this traditional? What kind of paper are you coloring on? It almost looks like a moleskine journal. Are you using watercolor? How do you feel the paper is taking to it?

It is! I use canson XL cold press paper in the 11x15 pad. It's pretty cheap stuff, but does okay! It's seriously like $10 for a 30 sheet pad, and doodle pages are half a sheet. It goes a long way. Mostly I like it because it's heavy enough that it doesn't crinkle unless you're applying a huuuge wash or something. And yep, I'm using watercolors! Just cheap student grade tubes. I rarely have a guts to spring for the expensive stuff, haha.
