Who I Am Among Friends~ [Artwork by Ishiga-san]
Who am I...?
This is a question I oft ask myself in private...
Am I Chio? A "cute kid" who loves to run and the feel of freedom it gives??
Or am I Verrochio? The Arcane Archer who weaves powerful spellcast into his arrows??
I desire to find the answer to who I am...
A child...?
Or a man...??
By chance, I will discover who I am in the company of those whom I've aligned myself with, for they are collectively what I aspire to be...
Raymond and Shelby, with their level-headedness and focus in battle I extol; and to their technique I praise...
Tiberius, and his adaptability to any and all situations...
And Alphonso, I revere the most, for his sheer strength and fearlessness...
From these men among men, I pray that I'll gain what it is that I need to become a hero... just as my father was before me... then perhaps, I will obtain a status worthy among my peers~
but for now, I will shelter these admirations in my heart and guard them closely... and deal with the current situation of monster infestation that is before me...
*lowers hood, concealing all but his steely eyes and raises his bow to the ready*
