Ehh i keep comming up with names then looking over other peoples suggestions then completely forgetting what i came up with.

Most names in pokemon are 3-5 letters long and non-complex names. Simple words that just roll off the tongue.
I might suggest following that formula.

Im a fan of names that also are words as well, such as colours (Violet suggested by AmbyChanx), or objects, maybe a gemstone that matches her attitude/colours.
Perhaps Chalcedony, or Chalce for short, or Chelsey.
