Yes, but there are 4 characters I hate on Fairly Oddparents:
Vicky - The most hostile, arrogant and terribly evil babysitter of Timmy Turner-- YUCK!!! I hate Vicky!
Mr. Crocker - Mentally insane and obsessed with capturing Timmy Turner's.... [spazzing out] FAIRY GODPARENTS!!!!!!
Francis - He's an extremely hostile, arrogant and terribly evil bully.
And Tootie - Too obsessed over winning Timmy's heart, to no avail, Timmy doesn't love her.

Well, in my opinion, Carlos Alazraqui's voice for Mr. Crocker sounds similar to Mr. Burns on The Simpsons, although Burns is voiced by Harry Shearer, but Crocker and Burns' voices sound similar in some ways. However, I find it hilarious when Mr. Crocker gets hurt.
