My game does not have character classes. I have a variety of pre-generated characters, including several bardic types, each of which is very different from the others.

The Wolven bard is a slave and a scholar. He is skilled at linguistics (fully fluent in Myr'Shon and Draconian, as well as his native Wolven) and is very literate. He is also a shrewd political mover, polished, and able to make himself welcome in any hall of power.

Oh, and he's a good musician, too.
