Guys my friend is having a rough patch with her parents and they are trying to make her get rid of her sweet little girl unless she can get her fixed. This wasn't a problem until a commissioner never paid and is now ignoring my friend about payment. She needs $60 to pay of the vet bill and I want to try and help her with this!!
